Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering for, or using the 7cuci platform in any way, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. This acceptance is legally binding and takes effect as soon as you use our platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the 7cuci platform and cease all access immediately. Continued use following any changes to these terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

The 7cuci platform is intended for adults aged 18 and above only. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and are legally eligible to participate in the services we offer under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

Account Creation & Security Responsibilities

Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 7cuci platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, a valid email address, and an active mobile number. False or inaccurate information may result in your account being suspended or permanently closed.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. 7cuci will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected] for prompt action.

User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

As a 7cuci platform user, you agree to comply with all rules and guidelines set out herein. The platform is to be used for personal entertainment purposes only and must not be used for any illegal activity or activity that violates Malaysian law.

The following are strictly prohibited on the 7cuci platform:

Fraud & Manipulation

Any attempt to cheat, manipulate the system, or exploit platform vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Account Transfer

Selling, transferring, or sharing your account with any other party is not allowed. Each account is strictly for the sole use of the registered account holder.

Use of Automated Software

The use of bots, automated scripts, or any third-party software to access or manipulate the platform is strictly prohibited.

Payment & Financial Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the 7cuci platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We accept deposits via a range of local payment methods, including DuitNow, online bank transfers, and approved e-wallets.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are subject to the platform's current policies, which may change from time to time. Users are responsible for checking the latest limits before making any transaction. All confirmed transactions are final and cannot be reversed except in specific circumstances at the discretion of 7cuci management.

To withdraw funds, the bank account name must match the name of the registered account holder on the platform. 7cuci reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal if deemed necessary for security and compliance purposes.

Any taxes or charges related to transactions imposed by third-party financial institutions are the user's sole responsibility. 7cuci is not liable for any hidden fees that may be charged by banks or payment service providers.

Limitation of Liability, Account Policies & Intellectual Property

7cuci Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, 7cuci is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. This includes losses resulting from service interruptions, technical failures, or unauthorised access by third parties.

Account Suspension & Closure

7cuci reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspicious activity, fraud, or at the request of law enforcement authorities. Funds in a closed account will be processed in accordance with current policies once the investigation is complete.

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, text, graphics, and software on the 7cuci platform are the exclusive property of this platform and are protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or use any such content without prior written consent.

Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law

The 7cuci platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as payment providers or content partners. 7cuci is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Accessing third-party links is entirely at the user's own risk.

7cuci reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Users are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via the platform or your registered email. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through a dispute resolution mechanism agreed upon by both parties, with exclusive jurisdiction vested in the relevant courts of Malaysia.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be reinterpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, while all remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
